I bought a 10' x 10' pop up one from XS Cargo last summer for either $69 or $79. Can't say for sure if it's water proof or not since I used it in the summer to block the sun while washing/working on the car/bike. Worth taking a look. Maybe you can spray it with something to waterproof it?
