Didn't work for me either, after looking at the rules:
"ELIGIBILITY: Residents of Canada who are of the age of majority in your province, who are an existing "consumer Rogers customer" or "small business Rogers customer" before the start of the Contest on October 11th, 2012 and who received a personal invitation to participate in the Contest either by text message, email or direct mail, are eligible to participate in the Contest (herein referred to as "entrant(s)")."
So I guess we have to wait for a text msg first?
