Rather I am an actual customer of the place I parked and I actually go to that place minimum 1-2 times / week. I don't understand HOW he can write a ticket although the company did not even complain and it was after hours. We are talking about a business that closes at 5 and I was parking there at 10.
It was the SAME GUY that wrote those famous "WU FUNG" tickets... seems like he is always patrolling the same areas and just constantly ticketing these high pop area where people are parking.
I would have gladly paid the ticket if the COMPANY called and said I was parking in their area and causing their customers hassles, but he is coming at night when the parking spaces are NOT being used....

One day this shithead is going to hand out the wrong ticket and he's going to get his ass kicked bad.
Someone should take a good picture of this guy and post it up so we all know what this pusshead looks like.
It would not surpirse me if this dickhead is on RS too.
