...? Where did you get this information from? I know the similar thing is true for gas because they calculate octane differently, but I've never heard of such a thing for milk. I have a hard time believing this, because the type of milk (2%, 1%) IS representative of the fat content... so unless they have a different method of calculating percentage of fat, not sure how this could be true.
