There is no reason for love except for love it's self, it comes to pass because the conditions required for it have been met, it is nothing but a changing of frequencies in your body that stem from the instinctual desire to reproduce.
You will never truly know why you love someone, any answer you try to give would always be superficial. Instead of trying to find a physical definition, your partner should attempt to accept your love for what it is.
