i.e. if I loved my boy friend for his looks, when he ages and his looks go away I wouldn't love him anymore.
Gave this explanation to last guy that said he loved me & asked what I loved about him
Told him I like him just because.
He thought I was bullshitting and things didn't last very long even though I was pretty sincere
