Theres one hotel that I know of in Whistler that offers rooms with your own private outdoor hot-tub. I've been thinking of going too but IIRC in the winter they get crazy expensive. It would be pretty sweet to have a nice view + your own private outdoor hot-tub though. Sea To sky is a pretty tame drive even in the middle of a snow storm (ploughs are very active). Just drive at your own speed and you should be fine
