thnx m8, tbh not sure how much i lifted in the first pic i remember i never worked out shoulders or legs tho just back/bis, chest/tris, it was approx
flat bench; 115lbs 6-8 reps
dumbbell bench going to 90 degrees; 60lbs
deadlifts; not even once
lifts now couldve been higher, but only been training for hypertrophy rather than strength
flat bench 1rm 215 , stopped doing it only do incline, 145lbs, 8-12 reps
dumbbell bench, incline only, 80s, dumbbells touching chest, 8-12 reps
deads max was 315 x 5, herniated disc tho (l4-l5), so stopped, now do hyper extensions and other rows
