i had to watch that again to see what happened. at first i thought wow he's so smooth even his teammate broke his ankle and fell to the ground
i agree with bball guy putting time in the gym helps improve your game. not just for shooting but overall performance too. helped me with shooting from longer distances and posting guys your size that aren't as strong as you either. hell it helped me create more power in my strokes for tennis too
