Only other place I can think of with accessible hotsprings within an easy drive of Vancouver would be Meager Creek, outside of Pemberton. Could be a nasty drive in the winter, could be really good, depending on the weather.
I've been told that the native band there manages a campsite with hotsprings somewhere along the Duffy Lake road, but I couldn't say offhand exactly how to find it.
