If you aren't willing to pay a lawyer, consider suing him in small claims court. The max you can sue him for is $10K, but you can do this without needing a lawyer. You will lose your claim for the other $30K, but at this point, it is probably better to write off part of the debt. He'll either have his wages garnished if he ever got a "real" job, or you'll screw him to the point he will never bother to get a real job in order to avoid paying you and his other debtors. He is probably trying to rack up as much debt as he can before declaring bankruptcy. Loser. You should pursue him criminally through the FBI anyway.
