3) Paris
Only go to those, the others ones are terrible.
For everything else, rent a car and go to M Resort, they have the best value buffet around.
For strip buffets
1) Caesars(expensive though)
2) Wicked Spoon
3) Wynn/Bellagio
Again those are the premium buffets and are more expensive than the others.

Paris is over-rated. Typical stuff you can find at any of the other buffets.
