I was seeing 2 lanes plus hov westbound leading up to the surrey exits, which pissed me off, so I hope someone has a different count. The new overpasses were right next to the highway, with markings so I don't know how there could be more.
Buuuut...if that's the case, then traffic is still going to line up to get onto the bridge. The surrey on ramps don't merge into them anymore though.
