Anyone see Detroit get absolutely robbed last night by one of the worst calls of the entire NFL season. Midway through the third quarter, Houston's back-up RB, Justin Forsett, took a routine carry up the middle for seven yards and was knocked to one knee, but he quickly bounced back up and scampered a total of 81 yards for the touchdown as the refs didn't blow the play dead. Since Lions coach Jim Schwartz threw a challenge flag on a scoring play, NFL rules state that the play then has to stand as called on the field...and since a whistle was never blown, it cancels out the flag thrown on the field...It's a ridiculous rule that figures to be changed as soon as this week.

I get that you can't challenge a non whistled play, but aren't all touchdowns reviewed??? They say that over and over in every game I have watched!

They say that it gets 'cancelled' due to the challenge flag but that's bullshit. I have seen other games where they throw a flag unnecessarily, and the ref just gives it back to the coach and they review the play anyway
