Great write up! Those portable jumper packs are a lifesaver to have, and I can also second having a full tank of gas. Nearly got screwed over by the Port Mann this evening due to a near empty tank.
There's a whole other pile of things that's nice to have: de-icers, chemical heat packs, T4RAWR's number; one thing I've found really useful to have though is a breaker bar. Those wrenches that come with the spare and jack can be absolutely worthless against a seized or frozen bolt.
