I'm currently running in a Sugoi Versa jacket. The sleeves come off, and turns it into a vest which is handy. There's others like the Salomon XT jacket that have zip off sleeves.

I was also previously running in a MEC jacket which was fine. MEC is good since you can return/exchange it if you're ever not satisfied.
