This is why I always stretch out my neck before doing shrugs which I rarely even do. I'd get that checked out by a physio. Don't want to fuck up your neck anymore that it already is.
Is anyone interested in doing the powerlifting competition in february. I wanna learn everything I need to know to compete and wouldnt mind a training partner
