IMO, go for something fairly lightweight. Having a heavy jacket that bounces makes for a less enjoyable run.

Raybot- how is the sleeve length on that NB 1/2 zip? I'm long and lean (my wife would say skinny) and find jackets that fit me in the chest usually have sleeves that are too short.
