that time of night?
would be interested to see someone time the actual crossing at speed limit late, late at night, to even verify such speculation...hell probably is even less than 5 min when you think about it under those free flowing conditions...
probably takes a mere like 3-5 minutes....wow, big deal...such an excruciatingly long time, eh? NOT!
