update:
deadlift 445 for 4 reps
deadlift 1RM - will update next week
bench 2 plates for 8 reps
left knee keeps on swelling up so I haven't really went that heavy for squats. did a light 5x5 today with 275lbs.
body weight is at 175lbs, body fat should be around 9%, 6ft tall
