He was an underachiever in Memphis because they did not use him properly....He was the 6th man, playing in the shadow of basically everybody in that starting line-up.....I mean wtf is Tony Allen doing starting over Mayo...I could understand if he was a shitty defender, but that wasn't the case at all...In fact, he's a pretty good defender....Grizzlies were just stupid...Can you imagine the Pacers if they were able to pull off the deal they made with the Grizzlies - OJ Mayo for Josh McRoberts.....Both sides actually agreed to it, but it didn't get to the front office until after the deadline...
