Due to all the stupid "admin permission" pop ups, I disabled my UAC settings to "0" in the reg key.
Once I did that, every metro app no longer worked and requested that I turn on the UAC settings again before they function.
That's pretty stupid. I just removed all the metro apps now. lol

Why don't you disable UAC through the settings panels rather than modifying the reg key? That may solve your issue because it's nonexistent for me.
