Sorry I was wrong....
After take a very close and carefully look.........Yes, it is MGS V for sure. Why ? just take a closer look at the title of "The Phantom Pain" logo. (At around 2:42 of the video) You will see "Metal Gear Solid V" hidden in it at the end.

And who da fook is this CEO of Moby Dick Studio ? look at his tweeter account pic....LMAO https://twitter.com/JNMogren

Below its Metal Gear: Ground Zeroes...Its very hard to see they are related. But the engine in both games are the same as you can see.
