Does licence plate really matters for the pass? Is it on the actual pass they give you? I don't really want to give them my licence plate cause I have 1 ticket from september that I didn't paid
Do they care, and refuse to sell you a pass until you pay that too? Otherwise I was wondering if I can give them a slightly "wrong" plate number (mispell a number or letter)
