I dont think there is anything wrong with regret. I always hated people who said "Never regret anything you do"
fuck you, when we regret we think of ways to never make the same mistake again in the future.
What has happened as happened. I use to make shitloads of money and be and awesome shape. I regret every decision that lead to my demise, but I am working on getting past that level, even if I had to start over at 25.
