I stand by the gist of my original statement. If McDonalds/other fast foods is your only source of calories, your conditioning is probably going to be shit.

o really...? Tons of pro athletes eat mcdonalds... Nutrition is overemphasized because people and companies who write dieting books and supplement companies gotta make a living somehow. Its a fallacy that you cant outtrain "bad" nutrition.
