Ok so if you loose or misplace your DL your a goof, moron, idiot, fag whatever for driving until that's remedied. Is that what I'm to understand right now? You still have a licence to drive even if you are not carrying it on yourself people jeeze. That's like saying if you loose or misplace your Carecard don't dare go to the hospital or doctors till you get that remedied first cus youd be an idiot to do that too.
