Thought'd I'd share this:
Nice to hear that they sold old and there is some interest. It's easy to forget this thing is 9% abv. Masks the alcohol so well so be careful..
I'm going to point out a few obvious things:
1. Tulip glass (seriously invest in some decent glassware. It will make the experience much more enjoyable in many areas. Taste, appearance, aroma etc..)
2. Room temp or slightly above. Not freezing cold.
3. Watch what he does at the :20s mark
Lastly, you can age most tripels. When I grab a 6 pack, I always leave a few bottles to crack open in a year or two. They taste completely different. The wife hates it. My beer collection is taking over her closet.
