Just man up and pay for the first, second, maybe third date. After the third, she is either paying with cash, or with her mouth if she is still interested.
It gets easier once you are married. Now me and my wife just argue about who gets up and pays for the bill after a heavy meal. Regardless of who it is, it comes out of the same account.
