Very similar thing happened on 6th gen accords, my old one too.
After a warm start (restart car after 10~20 minutes of rest), car would crank, turn on, and immediately shut off. Or there would be very rough idle for a few seconds, then turn off. I could feather the throttle to keep the engine going, but then it would throw an all cylinders misfired code, and would sometimes backfire. I could repeat this process a few times until it idles right, or leave it for about 45 minutes, and all would be fine.
There were a variety of fixes, but the main problem with it was that there was some form of condensation in the fuel lines, and it wouldn't ignite properly.
Some fixes for the accord were: replace main relay (defective product, solder joint would loosen with age); replace crankshaft position sensor; Some have said ignition switch; dirty idle air control valve...and eventually the ECU.
This was on the accords, but some of it may help you!
