Materialistic people that buy things just for a badge/name and brag about it constantly, I know a person that has a beat up e36 318i with mismatching rims, salvage title and 300+ thousand kilometers.
one of my friends has a 2012 fusion with 40 something thousand kilometers, clean title and lots of options that he got at auction through his cousins dealership for very cheap.
The friend with the BMW will never stop talking to people about how he drives a BMW and how "fast" it is and how the other friends fusion and another friends TL are slow and bad cars because their not German, he also won't wear anything that isn't Gucci, Louis Vutton etc even though all his clothes are fake.
the worst part is that most people buy his story that he drives this "super sick" BMW

cause it seems somewhat possible when you see the clothes he wears before you notice they are all fake and he is always asking to borrow money or something of yours there is a reason that he is just someone I know and not a friend
