If you were to compare only the bread only - Mr. Baguette but Tung Hing is a close second. I wouldn't even bother with Bale.
In terms of overall sandwich, Tung Hing. In Southern California, for some odd reason, a lot of places will not include the pickled veggies, cilantro and jalapenos in your sandwich. This place, for some odd reason now (they did not before) includes it. Tung Hing has better meats and sauces/spreads and they are made fresh to order. Mr. Baguette's sandwiches are somewhat pre-made.
