- cable curls/ez bar curls
obviously alot of my terms are incorrect but that's his routine...thoughts?
i don't agree with some of it but i'd like to hear what you guys think....each one of those is a seperate day

the stuff in bold isnt really worth your time IMO
you can replace em with much better exercises
