Very nice man, I applaud you.
Switched back to layne norton, but modified it to fit into 4 days. Upper/lower body power, chest/back hypertrophy and shoulders/legs, tossing in arms/calves whenever I can.
The pumps are amazing

still able to lift heavy as well, love this routine
