i would recommend the sennheiser hd-25's. theres a reason this model has lasted so long in the industry. they sound awesome, they're lightweight, comfortable, and all parts are replaceable (if they break, u only need to replace the individual piece and not the entire headphone). people just think hdj 2000's are the industry standard because pioneer sponsors so many of the top dj's (markus schulz, armin, laidback luke...). but if u look at the ones that arent backed by pioneer, probably 90% of them would be using hd 25's.

but it seems u also care about the looks of the headphone. hd 25's are not stylish at all. if looks matter that much to u, then u should grab the v-moda's. looks good and sounds better than anything monster/beats puts out. i have read reviews that the crossfade lp2's are more bassy than the m100's. they look the same, but the m100 is supposed to be the successor of the lp2's. and if u care which dj's are rocking the v-moda, avicii, chuckie and W&W are the ones that come to mind.
