It doesn't matter how much you lift, what matters is how much you look like you can lift. Besides, if you are doing low reps like below 8 with bad form, it's not impressive. I respect ppl who lift with good form and minimal rest times between sets (a min max). Ya I lift with 15-25 Ibs dummbells, but idgaf. As long as you are making gains, it's good. No offense.
