My Tera experience:
1) Downloaded client
2) Signed up for an account
3) Confirmed account with URL sent to email
4) Completed client install
5) Client will not let me log in to my confirmed account
6) Reset password on Tera website
7) Confirmed password reset on Tera website, logs in fine
8) Client still won't let me log in
9) Go to submit ticket
10) Ticket submission requires key, which is sent to email
11) Receive ticket submission key, enter it into support site form
12) "This account cannot be updated at this time"
13) Guess I won't be checking out the TERA trial...
14) Disabled "Account Armor" in account control
15) Still can't log in or submit support request
16) Tried to log in through a different browser (Firefox)
17) "Account Armor" pops up again, sends new code to my email
18) "This account cannot be updated at this time"
19) Can no longer access my account in Chrome
20) Guess I REALLY won't be trying TERA
