I take it that OP has somewhat an expectation in mind seeing as he listed a few restaurants already and what he's looking for. He may or may not have seen my posts in the "Where Did You Last Eat" thread. Seeing that Sushi By Yuji still has to work out a few odds and ends, I personally would not recommend it unless he's willing to be open minded and to give them a fair chance.
