Ha, I posted about similar sweatpants earlier couple months ago, I had G-Star sweatpants that look exactly the same, awesome fit but unfortunately they ripped so after a long search I found a pair of sweats that were similar in fit....
Armani sweats;
Armani : Track Bottoms : Back Pocket Logo in Grey : John Anthony Mens Designer Clothes
A bit pricey but very nice quality and fit.
Also look at Adidas, they have skinny fit sweats but with a longer cuff.
