So you failed on these. Probaby need a tps. Any mods on the engine? Looks like you were running too rich and burnt the cat. So you need to look into why the engine is running rich before changing the cat.
Edit: I see that you failed before, do you know what was done to get it to pass?

Yeah, that's exactly what my friend's friend told me. I'm not sure if there are any mods to the engine though. Is there any way I can check? I can take a picture of it and post it up here. Let me know.
And I acquired the car after the most recent pass a couple of years ago and I don't know what the previous owner did to get it to pass..
