This is an alternate way to fix your problem, assuming the problem is on the routers end.

This doesn't fix your current issue, all this does is "starts you from fresh".

Imo, if it's an issue at home, it's easier to do than to resolve a problem than to try to spend hours figuring out that one issue.

Also before I get into that I'm going to list a few things for you to try before you do it. I am assuming your just a regular home user, that doesn't tamper with any of the settings (numbers and stuff).

edit1: i also forgot to mention, if your using like a wpa2 password, idk why some computers.... (ones running windows) hate WPA and stuff and just stops all of a sudden, and changing the security protocol to WEP will resolve the issue. Its weird but it works O_O
