It's by invitation only I think, I received an e-mail about it. I originally had my appointment scheduled for April 1st at the Blaine location but rescheduled for February 20th at YVR.

This is the email I received.

Our records indicate that you have scheduled an appointment to finalize or renew your NEXUS membership at the Blaine Enrolment Center in the upcoming months.



In order to assist with quicker processing of new and existing members, we would like to provide you with an opportunity to schedule an earlier appointment. Please note that these new appointments will be posted on the GOES scheduler on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at 12:00 pm.



There will be a limited number of appointment slots available on a first come, first serve basis on the following dates:



February 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm

February 27th, 28th and March 1st - 8:00 am to 4:00 pm



If you wish to reschedule your current appointment to an earlier date, please log onto your GOES account at https://goes-app.cbp.dhs.gov/main/goes and select "Reschedule Appointment". At that time, you will be able to view the available appointments identified as Blaine A and Blaine B. These two locations will state “By invitation ONLY”



Since dedicated parking will be available for individuals taking part in this blitz, you MUST record where you have scheduled your appointment (at Blaine A or Blaine B) in order to park your vehicle and be directed to the correct workstation when you arrive for your interview.



These appointments will be held in the building beside the NEXUS Enrolment Center located at 9901 Pacific Highway, Blaine. Once you select a new appointment and "Confirm", your appointment will automatically be changed to the new date.



This e-mail has been sent as an advisory. If you do not wish to change your current appointment, no further action is required. Thank you for your interest in the NEXUS program.

Nos dossiers indiquent que vous avez pris rendez-vous afin de finaliser ou renouveler votre adhésion NEXUS au centre d’inscription de Blaine durant les mois à venir.



Afin d’aider au traitement plus rapide des nouveaux membres ainsi que des membres existants, nous aimerions vous offrir la possibilité de prendre rendez-vous plus tôt. Ces nouveaux rendez-vous seront affichées sur le planificateur GOES le mercredi, le 13 février 2013 à 12h.



Veuillez prendre note qu’il y aura un nombre limité de plage de rendez-vous disponibles sur une base de premier arrivé, premier servi pour les dates suivantes :



- les 20-21-22-23 et 24 février, de 8 h à 16 h; et

Si vous désirez reporter votre rendez-vous actuel à une date antérieure, veuillez entrer dans votre compte du système GOES au https://goes-app.cbp.dhs.gov/main/goes et sélectionnez « Reprendre rendez-vous ». À ce stade, vous pourrez voir les rendez-vous disponibles identifiés comme Blaine A et Blaine B. Ces deux endroits indiqueront « Par invitation SEULEMENT »



Puisque du stationnement dédié sera disponible pour les individus prenant par à cette campagne-éclair, vous DEVEZ enregistrer où vous avez pris rendez-vous (à Blaine A ou Blaine B) afin de garer votre véhicule et être dirigé vers le poste de travail approprié lorsque vous arriverez à votre entrevue.



Ces rendez-vous auront lieu dans l’édifice à côté du centre d’inscription NEXUS situé au 9901 Pacific Highway, Blaine. Lorsque vous sélectionnez un nouveau rendez-vous et « confirmez », votre rendez-vous sera automatiquement changé à la nouvelle date.
