sitting at around 125-126lbs rn with a max of 70-75lbs for dumbell chest press. ive been working out for like almost 2 years so that's pretty pathetic. also still have a few years left to grow so i'm hoping i don't get stuck at a plateau and become discouraged

I can't stress enough how well
medium-weight and frequency for pushing movements will bring up your bench. Leave the ego at the door, and work with weights that you can push 8-10 reps with.
Two push days with a set of exercises that differ on each day has worked well for me (arnold press, flat barbell/dumbbell, incline barbell/dumbbell, close-grip decline/flat, etc).
PR'd on dumbbell shoulder press with 81x7 today, and haven't done them for a good month and a half. I think I'll stick with Arnold presses if I'm going to use dumbbells for shoulders...never really felt them but wanted to give it a try today.
