In for the 1000th page, been a long ass time since I've posted.
Squat: 235lbs (just hit it as my new pr today)
Bench: 275lbs
Deadlift: 315lbs
Used to be that guy that hated doing legs.
Now I'm starting to enjoy it more.
Used to squat way less than a plate
4 or 5 months later got it up to two plates and a nickel
