now start planning and restart... edit your roads and preplan everything... took me like 2 hours.
we'll see how it goes. i laid down every service building possible spread out properly and all that shit. but turned them off till population requires it. LOL.

I did the same thing back in Simcity 4......lol
And it worked in simcity 5 as well.
But I saved couple mil, destroy everything, then rebuild.
