On the date which I cancelled the original cable service, the person on the phone asked me if I want to switch to the electronic bill .......
what I am getting now is TV channels plus free chinese channels which I dont really watch. For the worst case, Shaw either wont review the recorded phone conversation or they do not even have it? it is like left arm fighting with right arm since there will be no proof or what so ever?
WHat should I do now?
