They are not tech savvy they just know how to use torrents (not very well, considering they let them seed for DAYS off random trackers)

How does one block IP's from utorrent? That's my entire question here ... I have no idea how to block p2p data. Above are the screens I have access to, if you could possibly help with some ports to input that'd be greatly appreciated

I know utorrent randomizes the port (or you can randomize it) so I'd have to block a range of ports -- but I don't want to block access to basic internet websites/skype/youtube
