If you're thinking Kam Mun (beside what was Fair Market, now Buy-Low), they've seriously gone downhill. 3 years ago when I moved across from them they were the best egg tart in the city for sure.
3 years later and multiple chances given, they've become undercooked and soggy. Not what they used to be
