I just bought the sleeving material off Ebay. It's cheap if you want to do it yourself but comes from Asia so it takes a couple weeks to get. Otherwise you can use plastic wire loom. We have tons of it along with heatshrink if you need. We buy it bulk so it should be pretty cheap.

I used both in my case. Keeps everything black.



Not super pretty, but sufficient. I'm gonna sleeve the wires on the bottom one day when there's more free time.
