I put a 32gb ssd on my ps3 for GT5 but it didn't make a huge difference in terms of load speed. Keep in mind that a lot of the video rendering involves the hdd if you choose to install a portion of the game on the hdd. Like others have said, you are probably better off installing the ssd as a secondary drive for your applications and stuff.
